This brand strongly believes that a high-quality drink is the perfect ‘team player': possessing a wide variety of qualities, it can become a great companion for any cocktail as a part of any gastronomic event, including a brunch. To show the drink’s full potential, we launched Courvoisier Bartenders Competition, helping the brand to get as much media coverage for it as possible.

Forming an expert jury

Having formed a highly professional jury to lead the project and evaluate competitors' work, we invited such experts as Alexander Sysoev (restaurant owner and ‘Sysoev FM' and ‘The Myxology' Telegram channel host), Oksana Smirnova (journalist and ‘Na Dne' Telegram channel host), and Alexander Chernyavsky (Courvoisier brand ambassador). The main points of the final evaluation included unique presentation, creativity, as well as well-thought-out and cohesive brunch ideas.

Hosting a private brunch for bar industry representatives

On 17 August, we hosted a private brunch for a number of bar industry representatives together with Courvoisier. Held at the Dom Kultur restaurant, the event’s main goals included showcasing a new rendition of cognac as a cocktail base as well as hosting a panel discussion about the latest bar and food industry trends. Our guests included several of Moscow’s leading bartenders, as well as Darya Yastrubitskaya, Yan Cherepanov, Vasily Usanov, Oleg Lyubarsky, Arina Nikolskaya, Andrey Bolshakov among others.
