Meat or fish? Before we got involved in the media support and content development collaboration together with the SkyService Forum, the Aeromar airline — a flight catering services provider both in Russia and abroad — has been relatively unknown by the public. Over the course of our three-year collaboration, we managed to reinvent SkyService’sreputation as one of the leading airline services as well as explore the topic of flight catering across various business and sociopolitical media. It’s a fascinating subject — for instance, together with reporters we have visited an airplane food factory where we have learnt about the dishes included in the royals' special menu as well as the reason food tastes different in mid-air. Now we know all about what it takes to become a top-class flight catering company.
